Our Children’s Case Managers work with children birth to age 21 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health and medically complex needs. Using their extensive knowledge of clinical, developmental, and education resources, our Case Managers helps children and their families navigate and maximize the resources available in their communities.
