Morrison Center is committed to assisting each person receiving services to develop to his or her fullest potential in accordance with Title 34B, 5605: Rights and basic protections of a person with intellectual disability, autism, or acquired brain injury.  Specifically:

Morrison Center recognizes and protects the rights of the individuals it serves, including their right to control the use and dissemination of their personal and confidential information. Morrison Center prohibits access to and collection, use, or disclosure of identifiable information except with the documented informed consent and/or authorization of the consumer or guardian, or as explicitly permitted by State or Federal legislation or regulation. Such use of information will be limited to the minimum necessary to accomplish the stated purpose. It is based on the following premises:
