Gray Adult Community Support Program

8 Shaker Road, Gray, ME

This program opened in 2018 and is an innovative community support program that provides services to adults with a wide array of disabilities. The program focuses on community integration, and life skills enrichment.The community integration component of the program provides opportunities for personal growth through volunteerism, life skill development, recreation, exploration of and safety within the surrounding community.

The life skills enrichment focuses on promoting independence and increasing self-maintenance with activities of daily living and functional living skills including cooking, budgeting and money skills, and communication.

The program staffing ratio are 1 staff to 3 clients and are comprised of a center leader and support professionals. Each of the staff have their DSP, CRMA, First Aid/CPR, as well as other specialized training dependent upon individual need.
